Our time together captures more than just the day of your wedding! My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on having fun and being in the moment.

Many venues require a licensed and insured wedding planner or coordinator (like me!), and I’m here to explain why that’s such a good thing.

Pre-Event: Over the eight weeks leading up to your wedding, I’ll check in four times with purposeful calls to organize vendor lists, create a tailored timeline, and event layouts, and share details with your venue.

Optional bonus for my clients exclusively: I have a separate event rental catalog that you can rent from :) Linens, tablesettings, plates, glasses, signs and more !

Pre-Ceremony: I arrive early (with my team) to ensure vendors are set up on time and to get to work designing your space—getting your personal decor and table layout choices set up. I’ll help organize the bridal party, and make sure we are ready to joyfully launch.

During the Ceremony: I’ll keep everything on schedule, handling any behind-the-scenes issues so your ceremony and reception flow smoothly.

Reception: I manage the flow of events, from photos and speeches to cake cutting, making sure everything stays on track. We help transition spaces and repurpose decor! I also handle last-minute adjustments so you and your guests can enjoy the celebration.

Breakdown:: I’ll take care getting your personal decor items ready for transport and complete a final walkthrough with the Venue

In short, I take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying your day. At the end, I’ll ensure your personal decor is packed up and everything is wrapped up smoothly; sending you off with LOVE!

Hi there! I’m Stefanie, a South Lake Tahoe local since 2007, with a deep passion for adventure, creativity, and meticulous planning. I’m lucky to have turned that passion into a career in Events. My journey into the world of weddings began as the Event Manager at Valhalla Tahoe, where I helped bring to life 88+ weddings along with dozens of other events, from concerts, community events and fundraisers to theater performances. In that role, I worked closely with couples, planners, and vendors to craft unforgettable moments, always with an eye for detail. My transition into planning brings me even deeper into the visions of my clients, and I love to handle all the beautiful day-of details so my clients can have an incredible experience.

At the heart of everything I do is hospitality. I’m a firm believer that the little touches—the surprise moments, the personalized details—are what truly make an event unforgettable. Whether it's through custom decor, interactive elements, or unexpected moments of fun, I love creating experiences that leave guests talking long after the celebration ends.

And when it comes to staying cool under pressure, I’ve got you covered. As a ski patrol-EMT, I’m trained to handle any emergency with calm and confidence, so you can relax and enjoy your big day knowing you’re in good hands.
