The Wedding Planner agrees to provide the following services for the Client’s wedding

  1. Consultation Sessions
    The Wedding Planner will provide four (4) consultation sessions starting eight (8) weeks before the wedding day. These sessions will include:

    • Discussion of wedding preparations, timelines, and logistics.

    • Expert insights, documentation, and guidance.

    • Finalizing all necessary details to ensure the event runs smoothly.

  2. Vendor Confirmations
    The Wedding Planner will serve as the primary point of contact for all wedding vendors, coordinating and confirming all details, expectations, and logistical information on behalf of the Client. This includes:

    • Confirming booking, details, and schedules with vendors.

    • Ensuring all vendors understand their roles and responsibilities for the wedding day.

    • Serving as a liaison to keep the Client focused on family and friends, not logistics.

  3. Rehearsal Coordination
    The Wedding Planner will lead a one (1) hour rehearsal prior to the wedding day to ensure all parties understand their roles and responsibilities. The rehearsal will include:

    • Processional walkthrough.

    • Final review of ceremony and reception details.

  4. Day-of Wedding Coordination
    The Wedding Planner will provide ten (10) hours of coordination on the wedding day, including:

    • Oversight and management of the wedding day timeline.

    • An Assistant to the wedding coordinator to assist in event set-up and tear-down

    • Execution of all details, including ceremony flow and reception transitions.

    • Personal décor setup, including stations and key areas (e.g., guestbook, favors, seating arrangements).

    • Ensuring all vendors and participants are on schedule and the event is seamless.

Payment & Fees

  • Total Fee: $1400.00

  • A non-refundable deposit of $700.00 is required to secure services and reserve the wedding date.

  • The balance of $700.00 is due no later than two weeks before the wedding date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • In the event of cancellation, the Client forfeits the non-refundable deposit.

  • If the wedding is rescheduled, the Wedding Planner will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, based on availability. The Client may be subject to additional fees for rescheduling, depending on availability.
